Learning to live in love is not always smooth sailing. In fact, it is when the waves are highest that the greatest learning occurs. But love is a great teacher. When we do things out of love, they mean so much more than if we just do them to get them done. Living in love means everything you do is done with love in your heart.
If you are walking the dog, then love that walk, love that dog. If you are washing the dishes, love the water, love the soap, love the dishes clean. If you are cleaning up after someone, perhaps a stranger or your own child, love that person and perform the task with love. This is how to live in love. It is really not that difficult to imagine and it is a wonderful feeling to be full of love all day. It is a choice, and it can be made anytime. It can be made now. Hear these words with love.
Sit in love. See with love. Be in love with everything. Appreciate everything within your world, even the things that do not happen the way you would choose. See those things with love and know they are made with love to happen the way they did. There is a larger picture, and it contains the workings of the entire universe. Can it all be known to anyone but the Divine? Can it all be known to the Divine in everyone?
It is known and you know it somewhere deep inside. There is a larger picture, the whole picture and you remember on that level that it all makes sense, and we are all just playing parts in this intricate drama. When you remember this, it is like having a photograph of that large picture in your hand. You can only remember that everything is ok. It’s not easy to remember how or why, but the feeling of peace overwhelms you and you know you’re right.
Feel that sense of peace right now as you realize it’s true. Everything is as it should be, and God is love. Your mission in this life is to spread love to as many people and places as possible. One act of loving kindness can reverberate around the entire globe. Do whatever you do with love.
It is not so important what you do, as long as it is done with love. It is good if you love your work, but if you cannot do what you love, do what you do with love. It will make all the difference. For when you work with love, then your true livelihood will come to you. It will find you. You will not be able to hide from it. Love attracts love and when you love, other loves appear as if by magic. So, do not worry too much about what it is you do. Simply do it with love. Let every person you come in contact with feel better for having met you. Let all those around you be inspired by your love of life, by the love you put into everything you do. Challenge yourself to be as much a part of love as you can be. Let yourself show this part of you to all you meet.
Would you hide your light so others could not see the way. You can help others. When they see your light, it will remind them of their own and they will be inspired to let their own light shine. When one light shines, a hundred more are lit. Shine your light for love and it will find you.
