Love is the emotion felt when you care about someone. It fills your heart with light and hope and allows energy to fill and overflow the heart stimulating the whole body and the brain. It fills the cells with light and transports blood, expands the lungs, builds skin and hair. It helps the body sing.
When the body sings with love, the mind follows. It cannot help but be influenced by the heart and body. The mind often thinks it is in control, but although it is the center of thought, feelings from the senses and emotions from the heart are the messages it works from.
A feeling can overwhelm thought. An emotion can change a decision. When the heart is processing love, chemical changes actually take place in the body, changes which make the body sing.
The mind makes very different decisions, entertains different thoughts, and actually creates a different reality when the body is singing. This is the optimal environment: living in a body that sings. When the body sings, is there room for anything but happiness and joy? When the body sings, the mind is free to create and manifest the best possible world. When the body sings, all around are affected by it.
How can each person create a body like that? Open your heart. Let the love of the Creator flow into your heart and through it to others in your life. Let the light shine from you. Let the Light shine through you. Acknowledge your own sacredness. Acknowledge the sacredness of others. Live with the thought of the Divine light shining through you always. Let the love of the ages sing through your body and your heart without end. This is your body, your life, your heart. How will you live in it?
