The path to love can be full of wonder and joy. It can fill you with riches beyond desire. It can create relationship amid strangers, it can fill a stony field with growth and greenery. The path can also be filled with the depths of self-discovery. To open your heart, many blocks and wounded parts must be healed. This can take time and may not feel as joyous as love can feel. Yet it is important to find these blockages and remove them from your heart.
To do so, simply engage in a relationship with any other human being. You are built to discover the blocks in others, and they to find yours. It is a unique system and brings to mind other symbiotic relationships in the animal world. It is much like a gorilla combing through another’s hair to discover and destroy the bugs found there. It is something they naturally do for each other and both benefit from it.
So, too, is relationship designed to prod and push, inspire and interest you in opening your hearts to each other. The joy is found when both parties are agreeable and hold the other in high regard. The pain is discovered when one experiences love finding the bugs and the other does not.
To keep your heart open at these painful times, it is good to allow Creator into your heart to help you understand and continue the process of relationship by being in relationship to Creator. Creator’s love will shed light on any problem or sorrow you are feeling. The love and light you feel will be directly related to the one you are in relationship with, and the bond will become clearer and filled with light.
A wonderful way to grow love is through two hearts at a time. The light is brighter when both hearts are shining. That’s why it’s good to have a friend to share the light with. Stand next to the light of Creator. Feel the heat and warmth of Divine love shining in you and through you. Let the light be shared and give your heart to this purpose.
You are the only one who can open your heart and let the light shine. Hold the light so others may find it. Keep your light strong by combining it with the love of Creator.
