Feel the truth of your own blood and bone and skin as it allows you to travel through this lifetime. This is truth.
This is the truth of the universe, of Spirit, of God, the truth of life, of being, of being alive. Let yourself feel it. Let yourself be it. Sense the truth of your own existence and you will know the truth of the universe. There is only one truth, the love that holds us and keeps us and teaches us the truth of its ways.
Keep this love in your heart shining out to all. Pour your heart out to the world, to the day, to the ones you love. Let it come to you. Let it come from you. Let the Light of the Only One shine on you and through you and in you. You are a vessel for just this task.
Allow it to come to you and through you in a way that is Divine. Love all-encompassing never-ending joy. We are made to give and receive the Light. Let us do what we are made for. It is so.
