When someone leaves you, either gone from this world or from you, there is a space left for them in your heart. This space is full of love for them and now has nowhere to go. It is stuck in your heart and when love is not flowing, when it is held back, there is pain.
You must release your love. There are many ways to do this. You can send your love on to this person wherever they are, without sadness, without anger. The love will travel to them and then your heart will be free of the pain of love that isn’t moving. Or you can send your love to someone or something else. Put your love out in the world where it needs it most. Give your love to Mother Earth, help her, she is in a fight for her existence.
Put your love into helping others. Give of yourself so that others are better off. Put your love to work in the world. There is much to do. But you must also feel your grief, your love for this person. Feel it and let it go. Feel your feelings as they arise. Perhaps its not comfortable or convenient, but your feelings must be felt. It is a sacred law.
When you stop your feelings, they become stuck in your body and cause endless amounts of pain. Let go of the sadness, the grief after you have felt it. Let it pass through you like a stream. You notice the river never stops flowing, neither does love. Let your grief be gentled by love and not regret. Let love join you and you will find the tears bloom into love and create joy.
Grief can rule you or you can join with love to create joy and motivation to make things better for you or for others. Love is always the answer. Look to love when you are in need, when you feel grief, when you are in pain. Love will see you through.
