About the book
Deborah Rae Hall’s book, How You Become, is the result of a writing partnership with Star Beings from the Pleiades who have been communicating with her since 1999. This book is an amazing handbook of love with lessons in learning to love your self along with challenges to put your love into action for the benefit of Mother Earth and others struggling to survive. Organized as a daybook with an essay to read each day, the words will uplift you, and hold your spirit high while helping you open your heart. Who are We?
We are beings of light living in the world with you. There are ways which you do not understand. We are for you, by you and of you. The love energy that brings us here is from the Almighty God in heaven. We wish you no harm. We wish only to tell you our message of Light and love. The fear in you is part of the process. Let it go. Trust in the Oneness. It will support you always.
We love you and care for you. We can be in the Light and know the Light and live the Light but talking about it is such a difficult thing. The words are poor substitutes for the truth of feeling. Can you not feel it? We are here. We love you. Be here in the Love with us and carry that love to others. It is all we wish.
You are a child of the universe. Look up and feel your part in it. Feel the love in you and in us and be complete. We love you. Open your heart. Be the one you are waiting for.
We are Star Beings and have been watching over Planet Earth for many millennia. We are from a place you can see in the sky but know nothing about. It is the Star Cluster Pleiades. It is our home, and we love it and know it well. Our people, Star People, are not human, although we resonate deeply with human beings and their emotions. Yet we feel in a different way, a way that is too difficult to describe to one who has not felt it.
How would you describe an emotion, say happiness? We see the smile; we see the joy on the face but how does it feel? Like a thousand butterflies dancing for you? Even this is imprecise as it only has the visual, not the emotion.
Our love for you is dear to us. We are your distant relatives, your ancestors, your beginnings. Think of us as true loves who have known you forever, literally forever. We are not angels, however. That is a different entity. Angels are God’s spirits who do God’s work. We also do God’s work, but we choose the work we want. In another way, angels are God’s thoughts.
We are a distinct people from a star in your universe. We know you and love you and wish to help you so much. This is our joy, our delight, to help you become yourselves. When we see you struggling, we want to help. We can see the way through for you and mightily strive to guide you there. Many are unaware, many are resistant, many feel as if they don’t deserve good things and so we keep working.
The people of your planet have come a long way, but there is still much to do. It’s time to become Light as we are. To do this, you must follow instructions in this book: let go of anger, fear, jealousy, all the lower negative emotions and let the Light in. Praise God and be happy. Follow your heart and make others happy with your love. You can do this; it is the path for you to take. Let your Spirit rise, and love will give you the strength to be free. This is why you are here. Let it happen. Become love.
Full of Wonder
Remember when you were a child, and things seemed so wondrous to you. Perhaps it was seeing the Milky Way for the first time, or discovering art, music or friends. This way of being in wonder is a skill you already have and perhaps have forgotten. So many things have crowded in around it and it doesn’t seem like a worthwhile skill anymore. Maybe you think it makes you look naive or young.
But here’s the great thing about wonder. It brings you alive. It opens up your heart. There is no judgement, just wonder and awe. These are the qualities that can help you so much. Next time you are feeling down or judgemental or sad or even right now, open up your heart to wonder and let the amazing feeling that wonder is into your day.
You can be full of wonder about anything really. It is simply an appreciation of whatever you may be contemplating, be it a star, a person or a tiny butterfly. It matters not what you focus on only that you appreciate something wonder-ful about it. Let yourself ponder this object for a few minutes compiling a list of how amazing it is, then appreciating it in silence and then sit with its beauty. This is the way to have a day full of wonder and awe.
When you have appreciated several things or people around you, take a moment to appreciate yourself. You are indeed an object of wonder, a complicated inexplicable being of light and energy. When you walk, it causes so many chain reactions within your body, even a supercomputer cannot keep up. When you talk or think at the same time, there is no end to the incredible intricate machine that is you.
Can you appreciate that for a moment. And then, you must focus your new skill of awe and wonder on Creator. Imagine how wonderful Creator is for creating such an incredible piece of art: a walking, talking, thinking piece of art. So amazing! Take your newfound skill of awe and wonder and practice it daily. It will cheer you up, it will open your heart and increase the love flowing through it.
You are the most beautiful creative piece of art ever created. Reach down deep and feel the stars inside you. Thank Creator for being here by appreciating all that has been created for you to enjoy. All Creator wants for you is for you to experience love and to be a part of the Creation, which you already are.
